This verse describes universal auspiciousness—peace in all directions, purified waters, joyful citizens, balanced seasons, and satisfaction of the elements—indicating the Lord’s presence brings harmony to the world.
In the narrative of Vāmana approaching Bali Mahārāja, Śukadeva highlights that the Lord’s advent is not ordinary; it naturally restores order and благоприятность (auspicious well-being) across creation.
It teaches that aligning life with dharma and devotion brings clarity and balance—personally (peace of mind) and socially (well-being of community), just as the Lord’s presence brings harmony to nature.
