जनपदमूला दुर्गकोशदण्डसेतुवार्त्तारम्भाः ॥ कZ_०८.१.२९ ॥

Transliteration

janapadamūlā durgakośadaṇḍasetuvārttārambhāḥ

Translation

Kubu pertahanan, perbendaharaan, kuasa paksaan (hukuman/angkatan tentera), kerja-kerja pengairan (empangan/terusan), kegiatan ekonomi, dan segala usaha berakar pada wilayah desa (janapada).
