द्यूतकामं कापटिकैरुद्वेजयेयुः ॥ कZ_०१.१७.३७ ॥
Transliteration
dyūtakāmaṃ kāpaṭikairudvejayeyuḥ
Translation
One who is addicted to gambling should be deterred by employing cheats/sharpers (to create aversion and fear of loss).
