तत्त्रिषु चतुषु वा कृच्छ्रेणोपपद्यते ॥ कZ_०१.१५.३८ ॥

Transliteration

tattriṣu catuṣu vā kṛcchreṇopapadyate

Translation

Hal itu (musyawarah/keputusan yang berkesan) hanya dapat dicapai dengan sukar apabila dilakukan dengan tiga atau empat orang.
