Sutra 23

तेषां कार्तान्तिकनैमित्तिकमौहूर्तिकव्यञ्जनाः परस्पराभिसम्बन्धममित्राटविकसम्बन्धं वा विद्युः ॥ कZ_०१.१३.२३ ॥

teṣāṃ kārtāntika-naimittika-mauhūrtika-vyañjanāḥ parasparābhisambandham amitrāṭavika-sambandhaṃ vā vidyuḥ

Berkenaan orang seperti itu, para pemerhati negara—ahli ilmu ghaib/peramal, pembaca petanda, ahli astrologi, dan pemberi maklumat yang menyamar—hendaklah memastikan hubungan sesama mereka, atau hubungan mereka dengan musuh dan suku-suku hutan.
