Sutra 3

सामदानाभ्यां दुर्बलानुपनमयेत्भेददण्डाभ्यां बलवतः ॥ कZ_०७.१६.०३ ॥

sāmadānābhyāṃ durbalānupanamayet bhedadaṇḍābhyāṃ balavataḥ

Dia hendaklah memenangi yang lemah dengan perdamaian dan pemberian; yang kuat pula dengan memecah-belahkan dan kekuatan.
