Transliteration
tṛtīye hastinaḥ śreṇyaḥ praśāstā ca
Translation
Dalam kepungan ketiga hendaklah ada gajah, kontingen persatuan (guild) yang teratur, dan unit-unit yang dikawal/ditertibkan.
