परवस्त्रविक्रयावक्रयाधानेषु च द्वादशपणो दण्डः परिवर्तने मूल्यद्विगुणो वस्त्रदानं च ॥ कZ_०४.१.१७ ॥
Transliteration
paravastravikrayāvakrayādhāneṣu ca dvādaśapaṇo daṇḍaḥ parivartane mūlyadviguṇo vastradānaṃ ca
Translation
Bagi menjual, membeli atau menggadaikan kain milik orang lain, dendanya ialah dua belas paṇa. Bagi perbuatan menukar-ganti (substitusi), hukumannya ialah dua kali ganda nilainya, dan kain (asal) mesti dipulangkan/diserahkan.
