असमरप्रयोग्याः पौरजानपदानामर्थेन वृषा वडवास्वायोज्याः ॥ कZ_०२.३०.२८ ॥

Transliteration

asamaraprayogyāḥ paurajānapadānām arthena vṛṣā vaḍavāsv āyojyāḥ

Translation

Haiwan yang tidak sesuai untuk kegunaan medan perang hendaklah ditugaskan sebagai pejantan untuk kuda betina, dengan pembiayaan daripada sumber penduduk bandar dan komuniti luar bandar (iaitu dana/cukai tempatan).
