Transliteration

kartuśca dviśato daṇḍaḥ paṇacchedanaṃ vā

Translation

Dan pelaku hendaklah didenda dua ratus paṇa, atau jika tidak, dikenakan paṇacchedana (pemotongan/perampasan jumlah wang).
