भविष्य-मन्वन्तराः (अष्टम-चतुर्दश) तथा कल्प-युग-व्यवस्था
चतुर्युगान्ते वेदानां जायते किल विप्लवः प्रवर्तयन्ति तान् एत्य भुवि सप्तर्षयो दिवः
caturyugānte vedānāṃ jāyate kila viplavaḥ pravartayanti tān etya bhuvi saptarṣayo divaḥ
चतुर्युगाच्या शेवटी वेदांचा विप्लव होतो असे म्हणतात. तेव्हा स्वर्गातून सप्तर्षी पृथ्वीवर येऊन वेदांची परंपरा पुन्हा प्रवर्तित करतात।
