The Sarasvata Hymn to Vishnu (Vishnu-Pañjara) and the Redemption of a Rakshasa
brahmarūpadharaṃ devaṃ jagadyoni janārdanam sraṣṭṛtve saṃsthitaṃ sṛṣṭau praṇato 'smi sanātanam

It asserts Him as the material and efficient source of the cosmos in Purāṇic idiom—creation is not independent of Him; the world arises from and is grounded in the divine principle.
It reinforces that the Lord is not merely a distant cause: He is 'established' in the very process/order of creation as its governing creator-function, sustaining intelligibility and dharma within the created realm.
It is integrative in form but Vaiṣṇava in hierarchy: Brahmā’s role is affirmed, yet presented as a form/function borne by Janārdana, thereby subordinating the creator-office to the eternal supreme.
