etā́ arṣanti hṛ́dyāt samudrā́c chatá-vrajā ripúṇā ná avacákṣe | ghṛtásya dhā́rā abhí cākāśīmi hiraṇyáyo vetáso mádhya āsām ||

या (धारा) हृदयातून, समुद्रातून, शंभर मार्गांनी बहुविध प्रवाहित होतात; शत्रू त्यांना असे पाहू शकत नाही की त्यांना नीच करील. घृताच्या धारा—मी त्यांना स्थिर दृष्टीने पाहतो—सुवर्णमय, वेतस (नळ/सरकंडा) सदृश, त्यांच्या मध्यभागी.
