हे तेजस्वी उषस्! सर्व प्राण्यांची काळजी घेणारी—पंखधारी, द्विपाद, चतुष्पाद—सर्वजण निघून गेले आहेत. ऋतूंच्या क्रमाने ते चालतात, दिवः (आकाश)च्या सीमांना सर्व बाजूंनी वेढून.
