Tara’s Counsel to Vali on Sugriva’s Roar and Rama’s Alliance
सुग्रीवो विपुलग्रीवस्तवबन्धुस्सदा मतः।भ्रातृस्सौहृदमालम्ब नान्या गतिरिहास्ति ते।।
sugrīvo vipulagrīvas tava bandhuḥ sadā mataḥ |
bhrātṛ-sauhṛdam ālamba nānyā gatir ihāsti te ||
विपुलग्रीव सुग्रीव हा सदैव तुझाच बंधू मानला गेला आहे. भ्रातृसौहार्द घट्ट धर; इथे आणि आत्ता तुझ्यासाठी दुसरा मार्ग नाही।
'Extend your brotherly affection to broad-necked Sugriva. He is always your great relation. There is no alternative for you other than this at present.
