Matsya Purana — Intermediate Dissolution
vedānpravartayiṣyāmi tvatsargādau mahīpate evamuktvā sa bhagavāṃs tatraivāntaradhīyata //
It presents Pralaya as a reset of cosmic order where Vedic knowledge is re-established at the start of Manu’s new creation-cycle, ensuring continuity after dissolution.
By addressing Manu as “mahīpati,” it implies that righteous rulership and social order in the new age depend on the Vedas being re-proclaimed—linking governance and household dharma to Vedic authority.
No direct Vāstu or temple rule is stated; the ritual takeaway is foundational: Vedic revelation is the prerequisite for correct yajña, rites, and dharma-based practices in the renewed world.
