Transliteration

*śaunaka uvāca krodhenośanasā śapto yayātirnāhuṣastadā pūrvaṃ vayaḥ parityajya jarāṃ sadyo 'nvapadyata //

Translation

शौनक म्हणाला—तेव्हा नहुषपुत्र राजा ययाती, उशनस् (शुक्र) यांच्या क्रोधजन्य शापामुळे, पूर्वीचे यौवन सोडून तत्क्षणीच जरेला प्राप्त झाला।
