प्रावृट्-शरत्-वर्णनम् — Description of the Monsoon and Autumn; Sarasvatī in the Pāṇḍavas’ Exile
स सम्पश्यन् गिरिनदीर्वैदूर्यमणिसंनिभै: सलिलैहिमसंकाशै्हँसकारण्डवायुतै:
sa sampaśyan girinadīr vaidūryamaṇisaṁnibhaiḥ salilaiḥ himasaṁkāśaiḥ haṁsakāraṇḍavāyutaiḥ
वैशंपायन म्हणाले—तो पुढे जात असताना पर्वतजन्य नद्या पाहत होता; त्यांचे जल वैदूर्यमणीसारखे झळाळते, हिमासारखे स्वच्छ व शीतल होते आणि त्यात हंस व कारण्डव इत्यादी पक्षी विहरत होते।
