कर्मणामविभागज्ञ: प्रेत्य चेह विनश्यति । अकालज्ञ: सुदुर्मेधा: कार्याणामविशेषवित्,जो कर्मोंके विभागको नहीं जानता, समयको नहीं पहचानता और कार्योंके वैशिष्ट्यूको नहीं समझता है, वह खोटी बुद्धिवाला मनुष्य इहलोक तथा परलोकमें भी नष्ट ही होता है
karmaṇām avibhāgajñaḥ pretya ceha vinaśyati | akāla-jñaḥ sudurmedhāḥ kāryāṇām aviśeṣavit ||
जो कर्मांचे योग्य विभाग जाणत नाही, योग्य वेळ ओळखत नाही आणि कार्यातील विशेष-उचितता समजत नाही—तो दुर्मेधी मनुष्य इहलोकीही आणि मरणोत्तरही नष्ट होतो.
