Somaka–Jantu Ākhyāna: Desire-Driven Sacrifice and Shared Karmic Consequence
अथ तं नरके घोरे पच्यमानं ददर्श सः । तमपृच्छत् किमर्थ त्वं नरके पच्यसे द्विज
atha taṃ narake ghore pacyamānaṃ dadarśa saḥ | tam apṛcchat kimartha tvaṃ narake pacyase dvija ||
तेव्हा त्याने त्या ब्राह्मणाला घोर नरकात जळत-तडफडत असलेला पाहिले. तो त्याला विचारू लागला—“हे द्विज! कोणत्या कारणाने तू नरकात भाजला जात आहेस?”
