Akṛtavraṇa’s Account Begins: Gādhi–Satyavatī–Ṛcīka and the Bhārgava Lineage Prelude
सहस्र॑ं वाजिनामेकं शुल्कार्थ मे प्रदीयताम् तस्मै प्रादात् सहस््न॑ं वै वाजिनां वरुणस्तदा
sahasraṁ vājinām ekaṁ śulkārthaṁ me pradīyatām | tasmai prādāt sahasraṁ vai vājināṁ varuṇas tadā ||
अकृतव्रण म्हणाला— “राजन्, शुल्कार्थ मला एक सहस्र घोडे द्यावीत.” तेव्हा वरुणाने त्या वेळीच त्याला निश्चयाने एक सहस्र घोडे प्रदान केले.
