नारदेन गरुडात्मजानां नामकीर्तनम् | Nārada’s Enumeration of Garuḍa’s Descendants

आक्रीडान्‌ पश्य दैत्यानां तथैव शयनान्युत । रत्नवन्ति महाहाणि भाजनान्यासनानि च,देखो, दैत्योंके उद्यान एवं क्रीड़ास्थान कितने सुन्दर हैं! इनकी शय्याएँ भी इनके अनुरूप ही हैं। इनके उपयोगमें आनेवाले पात्र और आसन भी रत्नजटित एवं बहुमूल्य हैं

Ākrīḍān paśya daityānāṁ tathaiva śayanāny uta | Ratnavanti mahāhāṇi bhājanāny āsanāni ca ||

नारद म्हणाले—पहा, दैत्यांची उद्याने व क्रीडास्थाने किती शोभिवंत आहेत; तसेच त्यांची शय्याही तितक्याच वैभवशाली आहेत. त्यांच्या उपयोगातील पात्रे व आसनेही रत्नजडित, बहुमूल्य व अत्यंत भव्य आहेत.
