कृष्णेन विदुरं प्रति आगमन-हेतु-निवेदनम् / Krishna explains the purpose of his coming to Vidura
न पाण्डवानामस्माभि: प्रतिदेयं यथोचितम् । इति व्यवसितास्तेषु वचन स्यान्निरर्थकम्
na pāṇḍavānām asmābhiḥ pratideyaṃ yathocitam | iti vyavasitās teṣu vacanaṃ syān nirarthakam ||
केशव! त्यांनी ठाम ठरवले आहे—‘पांडवांना त्यांचा यथोचित भाग आम्ही देणार नाही.’ या निर्णयावर अडून बसल्यामुळे त्यांना सांगितलेले शब्द निरर्थक ठरतील.
