Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca |

padātīnāṃ sahasraṃ ca sādīnāṃ ca parantapa |

bhojyaṃ ca vipulaṃ rājan preṣyāś ca śataśo 'pare ||

Translation

आणि, हे परंतप राजन्! एक हजार पायदळ, एक हजार घोडेस्वार, विपुल अन्नसामग्री आणि शेकडो इतर सेवकही होते।
