Udyoga Parva Adhyaya 62 — Duryodhana’s Claim of Victory and Vidura’s Allegories on Discord and Risk

उत्सृज्यैव गृहान्‌ यस्तु मोक्षमेवाभिमन्यते । लोकास्तेजोमयास्तस्य कल्पन्ते शाश्वता दिवि,जो गृहस्थाश्रमको त्यागकर मोक्षको ही आदर देता है, उसके लिये द्युलोकमें तेजोमय सनातन स्थानकी प्राप्ति होती है

utsṛjyaiva gṛhān yas tu mokṣam evābhimanyate | lokās tejo-mayās tasya kalpante śāśvatā divi ||

जो गृहत्याग करून केवळ मोक्षालाच परम ध्येय मानतो, त्याच्यासाठी दिव्य लोकात तेजोमय, शाश्वत स्थान सिद्ध होतात।
