हंस–साध्यसंवादः, वाक्-निग्रहः, महाकुल-लक्षणम्, शान्ति-उपायः

एवमेव कुले जाता: पावकोपमतेजस: । क्षमावन्तो निराकारा: काष्ठेडग्निरिव शेरते
evam eva kule jātāḥ pāvakopama-tejasaḥ | kṣamāvanto nirākārāḥ kāṣṭhe 'gnir iva śerate ||
त्याचप्रमाणे आपल्या कुलात जन्मलेले पांडव—अग्नीप्रमाणे तेजस्वी—क्षमाशील व निर्विकार, लाकडातील गुप्त अग्नीप्रमाणे बाह्यतः शांत राहतात.
