उताहो त्वं मन्यसे शाम्यमेव राज्ञां युद्धे वर्तते धर्मतन्त्रम् । अयुद्धे वा वर्तते धर्मतन्त्रं तथैव ते वाचमिमां शृणोमि
utāho tvaṃ manyase śāmyam eva rājñāṃ yuddhe vartate dharmatantram | ayuddhe vā vartate dharmatantreṃ tathaiva te vācam imāṃ śṛṇomi
वायू म्हणाला— “किंवा तुला असे वाटते काय की राजांचा धर्मतंतू फक्त युद्धातच चालतो? की युद्ध न करण्यामध्येसुद्धा तोच धर्मनियम लागू होतो? तुझे बोलणे ऐकून तसेच वाटते.”
