भीष्मस्वप्न-स्मृत्युपाख्यानम् | Bhīṣma’s Dream-Linked Recollection of the Paraśurāma Combat
तामब्रवीच्च कौरव्य मम माता जले स्थिता । किमर्थ क्लिश्यसे भद्रे तथ्यमेव वदस्व मे
tām abravīc ca kauravya mama mātā jale sthitā | kimarthaṁ kliśyase bhadre tathyam eva vadasva me ||
राम म्हणाला—“हे कौरव्य! माझी माता जलात उभी आहे. भद्रे, तू कोणत्या कारणाने स्वतःला इतका क्लेश देतेस? मला सत्यच सांग—स्पष्ट सांग.”
