अकृतेनैव कार्येण गत: पार्थानधोक्षज: । स एनान्मन्युना5<विष्टो ध्रुवं धक्ष्यत्यसंशयम्,“श्रीकृष्ण यहाँसे कृतकार्य होकर नहीं गये हैं। इसके लिये वे क्रोधमें भरकर पाण्डवोंको निश्चय ही युद्धके लिये उत्तेजित करेंगे, इसमें तनिक भी संशय नहीं है
akṛtenaiva kāryeṇa gataḥ pārthān adhokṣajaḥ | sa enān manyunāviṣṭo dhruvaṃ dhakṣyaty asaṃśayam ||
अधोक्षज (श्रीकृष्ण) पार्थांकडून कार्य सिद्ध न करताच निघून गेले आहेत. क्रोधाने भरून ते निःसंशय त्यांना चेतवतील आणि युद्धाकडे ढकलतील.
