कृत्स्नमेते विनिक्षिप्ता: प्रतिरूपेषु कर्मसु । युक्ता महत्सु कार्येषु श्रेयांस्युत्थापयन्त्युत

Transliteration

kṛtsnam ete vinikṣiptāḥ pratirūpeṣu karmasu | yuktā mahatsu kāryeṣu śreyāṃsy utthāpayanty uta ||

Translation

भीष्म म्हणाले—या सर्वांना त्यांच्या अनुरूप कर्मांत आणि योग्य कार्यरूपांत पूर्णपणे नेमावे. अशा रीतीने महान कार्यांत यथायोग्य गुंतविले असता ते निश्चयाने कल्याणकारी ‘श्रेय’ उभारी देतात व वाढवितात.
