नागभायोवाच आर्य: सूर्यरथं वोढुं गतोडसौ मासचारिक: । सप्ताष्टभिर्दिनैर्विप्र दर्शयिष्यत्यसंशयम्‌

Transliteration

Nāgabhāryovāca: āryaḥ sūryarathaṁ voḍhuṁ gato ’sau māsacārikaḥ | saptāṣṭabhir dinair vipra darśayiṣyaty asaṁśayam ||

Translation

नागपत्नी म्हणाली—विप्रवर! माझे आर्य पती सूर्यदेवांचा रथ वाहण्यासाठी गेले आहेत. वर्षातून एकदा एक महिना त्यांना ही सेवा करावी लागते. सात-आठ दिवसांतच ते येथे निःसंशय दर्शन देतील.
