अध्वक्लान्तस्य शयनं स्थानक्लान्तस्थ चासनम्‌ | तृषितस्य च पानीयं क्षुधार्तस्थ च भोजनम्‌

adhvaklāntasya śayanaṁ sthānaklāntasya cāsanam | tṛṣitasya ca pānīyaṁ kṣudhārtasya ca bhojanam ||

ब्राह्मण म्हणाला—जसा प्रवासाने थकलेल्या वाटसरूला शय्या मिळाल्यावर, उभे राहून थकलेल्या माणसाला आसन मिळाल्यावर, तहानेल्याला पाणी मिळाल्यावर आणि भुकेने व्याकुळाला भोजन मिळाल्यावर समाधान होते—तशीच प्रसन्नता तुमचे वचन ऐकून मला झाली आहे.
