परस्परविनाशार्थ त्वामृते द्विजसत्तम । द्विजश्रेष्ठ उनमेंसे जो लोग तुम्हारी संतानोंके वंशज होंगे, उनमें परस्पर विनाशके लिये फूट हो जायगी। तुम्हारे सहयोगके बिना उनमें विग्रह होगा

Transliteration

parasparavināśārtha tvāmṛte dvijasattama | dvijaśreṣṭha

Translation

वैशम्पायन म्हणाले—हे द्विजसत्तम! तुझ्यावाचून तुझ्या संततीच्या वंशजांत परस्पर विनाशासाठी फूट पडेल. तुझ्या मार्गदर्शक सहाय्याविना त्यांच्यात विग्रह व संघर्ष उद्भवेल.
