अध्याय ३३७ — ज्ञानमार्ग-वैविध्यप्रश्नः तथा व्यासस्य नारायणोद्भवकथा

दृष्टो भवति देवेश एभिरवदष्टेर्विजोत्तमै: । देवता बोले--मुनिवरो! तुमलोगोंने श्वेतद्वीपनिवासी श्वेतकाय इन्द्रियरहित पुरुषोंका दर्शन किया। इन श्रेष्ठ द्विजोंके दर्शन होनेसे साक्षात् देवेश्वर भगवानका ही दर्शन हो जाता है
dṛṣṭo bhavati deveśa ebhir avadaṣṭair dvijottamaiḥ | deva uvāca—munivara! yūyaṁ śvetadvīpanivāsinaḥ śvetakāyān indriyarahitān puruṣān darśayitvā dṛṣṭavantaḥ | eteṣāṁ śreṣṭhadvijānāṁ darśanena sākṣād deveśvara-bhagavata eva darśanaṁ bhavati |
देवता म्हणाले— मुनिवर! या श्रेष्ठ द्विजांचे दर्शन झाले की जणू साक्षात् देवेश्वर भगवानाचेच दर्शन होते. तुम्ही श्वेतद्वीपात वसणारे श्वेतकाय, इंद्रियांपलीकडील पुरुष पाहिले आहेत; अशा उत्तम द्विजांचे दर्शन घेतल्याने परमेश्वराचे प्रत्यक्ष दर्शन लाभते.
