Bhīṣma–Yudhiṣṭhira Dialogue
सौवर्ण राजतं चापि यथा भाण्डं निषिच्यते । तथा निषिच्यते जनन््तुः पूर्वकर्मवशानुग:
sauvarṇaṃ rājataṃ cāpi yathā bhāṇḍaṃ niṣicyate | tathā niṣicyate jantuḥ pūrvakarmavaśānugaḥ ||
जसे एखाद्या भांड्यावर सोने-चांदीचा मुलामा चढविला की ते तसेच दिसू लागते, तसेच प्राणीही पूर्वकर्माच्या वशाने आपल्या पूर्वकृत कर्मांनी लिप्त राहतो.
