शुक्ल: शुक्लाभिजातीय: साध्यो नावर्ततेडनघ । तिर्यग्गतेश्व निर्मुक्तो निरयाच्च पितामह
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca |
śuklaḥ śuklābhijātīyaḥ sādhyo nāvartate 'nagha |
tiryaggateṣv anirmukto nirayāc ca pitāmaha ||
युधिष्ठिर म्हणाला—निष्पाप पितामह! तो ‘शुक्ल’ होता—शुद्ध कुलात जन्मलेला आणि स्वभावतःही शुद्ध. तो खरोखर साध्यदेवच असावा; म्हणून तो पुन्हा संसारात परतला नाही. तो पशु-पक्ष्यांच्या योनींपासून आणि नरकापासूनही मुक्त झाला आहे, पितामह।
