Yudhiṣṭhira uvāca: ime vai mānavāḥ sarve dharmaṃ prati viśaṅkitāḥ | ko ’yaṃ dharmaḥ kuto dharmas tan me brūhi pitāmaha ||
युधिष्ठिर म्हणाला—पितामह! हे सर्व मनुष्य बहुधा धर्माविषयी संशयग्रस्त आहेत. हा धर्म नेमका काय आहे, आणि धर्माची उत्पत्ती कुठून झाली? ते मला सांगा.
