ततः प्रदुद्रुवु: सर्वे विप्रसंघा: समनन्‍्ततः । गौतमो<पि सुवर्णस्य भारमादाय सत्वर:

Transliteration

tataḥ pradudruvuḥ sarve viprasaṅghāḥ samanantataḥ | gautamo ’pi suvarṇasya bhāram ādāya satvaraḥ ||

Translation

मग सर्व ब्राह्मणसमूह चहूकडे पळून गेले. गौतमही सुवर्णाचा जड भार उचलून घाईघाईने निघाला; ओझ्याने दबलेला, थकलेला व भुकेने व्याकुळ होऊन तो वडाच्या झाडाकडे गेला.
