आपद्धर्मे राज्ञः नीतिः — Bharadvāja’s Counsel on Crisis-Statecraft (Śānti Parva 138)
परीक्ष्यकारी युक्तश्न स सम्यगुपपादयेत् । देशकालावभिप्रेतो ताभ्यां फलमवाप्नुयात्
parīkṣyakārī yuktaśna sa samyag upapādayet | deśakālāv abhipreto tābhyāṃ phalam avāpnuyāt ||
जो पुरुष विचारपूर्वक, संयमित आचरणाने आणि सतत जागरूक राहून कार्य करतो, तो अभिप्रेत देश व काळ यांचा यथायोग्य उपयोग करतो आणि त्यांच्या सहाय्याने इच्छित फल प्राप्त करतो।
