विमृज्य नेत्रे पाणिभ्यां शोकजं बाष्पमुत्सूजन्‌ । कृपादीन्‌ स तदा वीरान्‌ सवनिव नराधिप:

Transliteration

vimṛjya netre pāṇibhyāṃ śokajaṃ bāṣpam utsṛjan | kṛpādīn sa tadā vīrān savaniva narādhipaḥ ||

Translation

संजय म्हणाला— दोन्ही हातांनी डोळे पुसून, शोकजन्य अश्रू ढाळीत, तो नराधिप त्या वेळी कृप आदी वीरांना उद्देशून बोलला.
