कृतवानस्यकार्याणि विपाकस्तस्य भुज्यताम्‌ | तुमने अत्यन्त प्रबल लोभ और तृष्णाके वशीभूत होकर न करनेयोग्य कार्य किये हैं; अतः उनका परिणाम अब तुम्हीं भोगो

kṛtavān asya akāryāṇi vipākas tasya bhujyatām

अत्यंत प्रबल लोभ व तृष्णेच्या आधीन होऊन तू जे अकर्तव्य कर्म केलेस, त्यांचा परिपक्व परिणाम आता तूच भोग.
