ततो लाडलमुद्यम्य भीममभ्यद्रवद्‌ बली

tato lāṅgalam udyamya bhīmam abhyadravad balī |

तेव्हा महाबली बलराम आपला नांगर उचलून भीमसेनावर सरळ धावून गेले. भुजा उंचावलेल्या त्या महात्म्याचे रूप अनेक धातूंनी विचित्र शोभा पावलेल्या महान् श्वेत पर्वतासारखे भासत होते.
