दृष्टवा प्रभावं तपसरो जैगीषव्यस्य योगजम् | चिन्तयामास राजेन्द्र तदा स मुनिसत्तम:
dṛṣṭvā prabhāvaṃ tapasaro jaigīṣavyasya yogajam | cintayāmāsa rājendra tadā sa munisattamaḥ ||
वैशंपायन म्हणाले— जैगीषव्याच्या तपातून उत्पन्न झालेला योगज प्रभाव पाहून, हे राजेंद्र, त्या श्रेष्ठ मुनींनी त्याचा अर्थ व धर्मगौरव यांचा गंभीर विचार केला।
