पृथुदंष्टा महादंष्टा: स्थूलौष्ठा हरिमूर्थजा: । नानापादौष्टदंष्टाश्न नानाहस्तशिरोधरा:,किन्हींकी दाढ़ें बड़ी और किन्हींकी मोटी थीं। किन्हींके ओठ मोटे और सिरके बाल नीले थे। किन्हींके पैर, ओठ, दाढ़ें, हाथ और गर्दनें नाना प्रकारकी और अनेक थीं
pṛthudaṃṣṭrā mahādaṃṣṭrāḥ sthūlauṣṭhā harimūrdhajāḥ | nānāpādauṣṭhadaṃṣṭrāś ca nānāhastāśirodharāḥ ||
वैशंपायन म्हणाले— काहींचे दात रुंद होते, काहींचे अतिशय मोठे; काहींचे ओठ जाड होते आणि काहींच्या मस्तकावरील केस हरित-नीलसर भासत होते. त्यांच्या पायांचे, ओठांचे, दातांचे, हातांचे व मानेचे रूप अनेक प्रकारचे व विविध होते.
