Sarasvatī Tīrtha Itinerary — Balarāma’s Pilgrimage
त्रितः स श्रेष्ठतां प्राप यथैवास्थ पिता तथा । नरेश्वर! उन तीनोंमें भी अपने शुभ कर्म और स्वाध्यायके द्वारा महर्षि त्रितने सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्थान प्राप्त किया! जैसे उनके पिता सम्मानित थे
tritaḥ sa śreṣṭhatāṃ prāpa yathaivāstha pitā tathā | nareśvara! teṣāṃ tritaye'pi sva-śubha-karmabhiḥ svādhyāyena ca maharṣi-tritaḥ sarvaśreṣṭha-sthānaṃ prāptaḥ | yathā tasya pitā sammānita āsīt tathā sa'pi sammānito'bhavat |
वैशंपायन म्हणाले—नरेश्वर! त्या तिघांमध्येही महर्षी त्रितने आपल्या शुभ कर्मांनी आणि स्वाध्यायाने सर्वोच्च श्रेष्ठता मिळवली. जसे त्यांचे पिता पूज्य होते, तसेच तेही पूज्य झाले.
