रथानेव रथा यान्तु कुञ्जरा: कुड्जरानपि | प्रतियातो हि शकुनि: स्वमनीकमवस्थित:
rathāneva rathā yāntu kuñjarāḥ kuñjarān api | pratiyāto hi śakuniḥ svamanīkam avasthitaḥ ||
“रथ रथांवर चालून जावोत आणि हत्तीही हत्तींशी भिडोत. कारण शकुनी परत फिरून आपल्या दलासह व्यूहबद्ध उभा आहे.”
