हताश्व॑ं च समालक्ष्य हतसूतमरिंदम
hatāśvaṃ ca samālakṣya hatasūtam ariṃdama
संजय म्हणाला: रथाचे घोडे मारले गेले आहेत आणि सारथीही मारला गेला आहे—हे पाहून, हे अरिंदम, त्याने युद्धाची बिकट अवस्था ओळखली; कारण रणात कसोटी केवळ बळाची नसून आधार व व्यवस्था कोसळण्याचीही असते.
