कृपोपदेशः — द्रौणेरनिद्रा च
Kṛpa’s Counsel and Drauṇi’s Sleepless Resolve
कृपेण सहित यान्त॑ गुप्तं च कृतवर्मणा । को द्रौणिं युधि संरब्धं योधयेदपि देवराट्
kṛpeṇa sahitaḥ yāntaṃ guptaṃ ca kṛtavarmaṇā | ko drauṇiṃ yudhi saṃrabdhaṃ yodhayet api devarāṭ ||
कृप म्हणाला— “कृतवर्म्याच्या संरक्षणाखाली आणि माझ्या संगतीने, क्रोधाने पेटून द्रोणपुत्र अश्वत्थामा जेव्हा युद्धासाठी निघेल, तेव्हा रणात त्याला कोण योद्धा तोंड देईल—देवराज इंद्र असला तरी?”
