नारद उवाच
The verse highlights hierarchical harmony: even eminent kings and powerful non-human leaders uphold reverence toward a higher divine lord (Kubera), suggesting that authority is strengthened—not diminished—by devotion and acknowledgment of cosmic order.
Nārada continues describing the grand assembly, noting that kings led by Bhagadatta are seated there, and that Truma, chief of the Kiṃpuruṣas, is engaged in worship of Kubera, the lord of wealth.
