Educational Q&A

The verse highlights how visible institutions—like a royal assembly hall—serve as symbols of orderly rule and legitimacy. Excellence here is tied to public recognition and the consolidation of political authority, not merely personal luxury.

Arjuna instructs that an extraordinary sabhā be constructed—so remarkable that all people will be astonished on seeing it and unable to replicate it—signaling the rise and stature of the ruling house through an unmatched public space.
